MID 20’s BRAIN IN MIDNIGHT

                                      MID 20’s BRAIN IN MIDNIGHT

Imagine the phase where you’re in your mid 20’s, especially the time when you have just finished your degree and you’re in unemployed   phase of your life. It is the time where your mind wonders around specially at mid night time, it’s not exactly the mind but it’s the brain that makes you wakes you up at the middle of the night, which turns to the sleepless trap of your night and there is no way to scape it at the moment, because your brain wonders around about how and what are the things are you going to do. So, that first you can lift yourself financially, second not dependent on your parents anymore and to able to take financially responsibility etc.…. the never-ending list go on.

The saddest and negatively impactful about this thing is when it comes to you in a very wrong timing that is for me is during sleeping time. When you barely sleep just 4 hours, and your eyes started to open at 1 or 2pm at the night and your brain start to wonder around about the life you haven’t started yet. No matter how hard you try to sleep again but you can’t do it instead of roll around all corners of your bed, sometimes you try to do some meditations at middle of the night thinking it would help but no, then you start turning the fan on and off also the slightest lights coming to your room and the sound of the fan from next door makes you feel irritate.

Is this call stress? If it is then I don’t feel it at all during the daytime, I do all the things I needed to do during the day and no such wonders, if it is then it won’t last more than a minute but at night it’s totally opposite. It is obvious that once you don’t have a proper sleep the next day will 100% sure that you will be not productive anymore.

So, in conclusion here I end up my sleepless night writing all this after one and half hours of trying to sleep back, which off course didn’t work out. Therefore, I decide instead of lying on bed wondering around, why not just share it out what I am facing because it might be same to you too. At the end if you are facing the same, then I would like to share that give yourself time trying to sleep back hour/ half. If it doesn’t work out get out of bed and do what you need to do next day, e.g.- reading or anything else that won’t be disturbing another person sleeping next door, do it until you feel like to sleep again, even if you don’t feel like a sleep you still need to go for sleep again after one or half hours of work, make sure you sleep back otherwise the coming day will ruin. It’s fine if you get up late next morning that’s ok at least. We don’t have to go to the office anyway! And “start your day at whatever time you wake up in the morning”. To rock your day just like you had a normal night.
